Terms & Conditions — pg188 User Agreement

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an active Account on pg188, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or account suspension imposed by pg188 or any other gambling operator.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party. All wagering and account activity must be conducted for your own personal, recreational use only.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of pg188, any of its licensed game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, NetEnt, or Spribe), or any entity with a material commercial relationship with pg188.
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local legislation at the time of accessing the Platform.

pg188 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility — including government-issued identity documents, proof of age, and proof of residential address — at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension pending verification.

Each eligible individual may hold one and only one registered Account on pg188. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally to circumvent promotional restrictions or unintentionally due to forgotten credentials — are prohibited. pg188 employs automated and manual detection tools to identify duplicate registrations. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, all but the oldest verified Account will be closed and any balances, bonuses, or pending withdrawals associated with the duplicate Accounts will be forfeited.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, valid mobile number, and a preferred payment method registered in your own name. Providing false registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. pg188 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must contact pg188 support immediately at [email protected]. Two-factor authentication (2FA) via OTP is available and strongly recommended for all Account holders.

pg188 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms & Conditions has occurred or is likely to occur.

4.1 Deposits. pg188 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits are credited to your IDR Wallet in real time, subject to the processing capabilities of the selected payment channel. pg188 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which pg188 accepts no liability.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day are displayed within the Cashier section of the Platform and may vary by payment channel.

4.3 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment account registered in the same name as your pg188 Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. pg188 targets withdrawal settlement within three minutes on average for verified Accounts; however, processing times may extend during periods of high volume, scheduled system maintenance, or public holidays.

4.4 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Your IDR Wallet balance must consist of real-money funds (not pending Bonus Funds subject to an unfulfilled Wagering Requirement) to be eligible for withdrawal.

4.5 Withdrawal Verification. pg188 reserves the right to request KYC documentation prior to processing any withdrawal request, regardless of the amount. Requested documentation must be submitted via the Account dashboard or by emailing [email protected]. Withdrawal requests will remain in a pending state until verification is complete.

pg188 offers a range of promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits, and togel draw promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion and to the general bonus conditions set out in this clause.

1. Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible, verified Account holders only. pg188 reserves the right to exclude any Account from participation in any promotion at its sole discretion.
2. Wagering Requirements: Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, Bonus Funds carry a minimum wagering requirement of 5x (five times) the bonus amount before any withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted. Specific promotions may carry higher rollover requirements, which will be stated clearly in the individual promotion terms.
3. Qualifying Games: Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying Wagering Requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino games and table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. 4. Bonus Expiry: Bonus Funds that are not used within the validity period stated in the promotion terms will be forfeited automatically without compensation.
5. One Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus may be held in your IDR Wallet at any given time, unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
6. Abuse: pg188 reserves the right to void, reclaim, and withhold Bonus Funds — and to close the associated Account — where it determines that a Player has exploited, abused, or misrepresented their eligibility in connection with any promotional offer. Indicators of bonus abuse include, but are not limited to, hedging bets across accounts, systematic low-risk betting patterns designed solely to satisfy rollover conditions, and coordinated play across multiple accounts.

6.1 Sportsbook. All sportsbook wagers — including pre-match markets, live in-play bets, Asian handicap, over/under, 1X2, and mix parlay accumulators — are subject to the Sportsbook Rules published within the Platform. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. Once a bet has been accepted by the Platform and a bet reference number issued, the odds are locked for that wager.

6.2 Live Casino. Live casino game outcomes — including baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and Dragon Tiger — are governed by the rules of the respective game as administered by the live dealer studio provider (Evolution Gaming or Pragmatic Play Live). pg188 does not influence live game outcomes. All results are final once the round has been declared closed by the dealer.

6.3 Slot Games. All slot game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for each title are disclosed within the game information panel. pg188 is not responsible for outcomes generated by third-party RNG systems, provided those systems have been independently certified by eCOGRA or iTech Labs.

6.4 Togel Draws. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results on pg188 are sourced from officially published draw data. In the event of a discrepancy between the displayed result and the official draw result, the official draw result will prevail. Bets placed after a draw's official closing time will be void.

6.5 Void Bets. pg188 reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a manifest pricing error, system malfunction, or data feed failure. Players will be notified of voided bets via their Account activity log, and staked funds will be returned to the IDR Wallet.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pg188 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, voiding of all pending bets and bonuses, and forfeiture of any balance held in the IDR Wallet pending investigation:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, scrape odds, or interact with the Platform in any non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share hole cards in poker variants, or coordinate betting patterns to exploit the Platform.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or matched betting strategies designed solely to generate guaranteed profits by exploiting promotional offers or pricing discrepancies.
• Attempting to launder funds through the IDR Wallet by depositing and withdrawing without meaningful wagering activity.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with pg188.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy server, or any other tool designed to mask your true geographic location or identity.
• Registering multiple Accounts for yourself or on behalf of third parties.
• Using payment accounts not registered in your own legal name for deposits or withdrawals.
• Engaging in any conduct that pg188 reasonably determines to be abusive, threatening, or harassing toward pg188 staff or other Platform users.

All content on the pg188 Platform — including but not limited to the pg188 brand name and logo, website design, interface layouts, text, graphics, game assets, software code, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of pg188 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, recreational gambling activity in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, publish, display, license, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of pg188.

pg188 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all Account holders, accessible directly from the Account dashboard without the need to contact support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit into your IDR Wallet. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic on-screen notifications at set intervals to remind you of how long you have been actively using the Platform in a single session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break from the Platform for a period of your choosing (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days). During a cooling-off period, your Account remains open but you cannot place bets, deposit funds, or claim bonuses.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent self-exclusion from the pg188 Platform. Self-excluded Accounts are closed and cannot be reinstated. Any real-money balance at the time of self-exclusion will be refunded to your registered payment account after the standard KYC process.

• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

pg188 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available continuously or free from errors. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including any non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations applicable to the jurisdiction under which pg188 holds its operating license.

If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached within 30 days of a dispute being formally raised, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body.
